Our services are particularly well-suited for businesses with annual revenues between 10 million and 500 million baht, though we consider each situation individually.
How do your consulting engagements typically begin?
We start with an initial conversation—either by phone or in person—to understand your situation and determine if one of our service offerings might be helpful. If there appears to be a fit, we provide a brief written proposal outlining scope, timeline, and fees. Engagements begin only after you've had time to consider this proposal and we've agreed on next steps together.
What should I expect during a typical engagement?
Each service has its own structure, but generally you can expect a mix of interviews with your team, document review, working sessions, and periodic check-ins. We aim to be thorough without being intrusive. Most engagements conclude with a written deliverable and a presentation or discussion of findings. We're available for follow-up questions after the formal engagement ends.
How are your fees structured?
We charge fixed project fees for our three standard services, which are listed on our Solutions page. These fees are established upfront and cover all work within the agreed scope. For engagements that fall outside our standard services, we provide custom proposals with clear fee structures. Payment is typically split between a deposit at the start and final payment upon completion.
Do you provide ongoing support after an engagement concludes?
Yes, in a limited capacity. We're happy to answer follow-up questions and provide clarification on our recommendations for up to three months after an engagement concludes. If you need more substantial ongoing support—such as implementation assistance or periodic check-ins—we can discuss retainer arrangements or follow-up engagements.
How do you handle confidential business information?
We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. Before beginning any substantive work, we sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement. We do not share client information, findings, or recommendations with anyone outside your organization without explicit permission. Our approach to data security follows industry best practices.
