Wren Lattice was established in Chiang Mai in 2019 by consultants who had worked for larger firms across Southeast Asia and felt there was room for a different kind of practice. We wanted to create a consultancy that valued depth over volume, collaboration over prescription, and thoughtfulness over speed.
The name "Wren Lattice" reflects our philosophy. Like the small, careful wren bird, we pay close attention to details others might overlook. And like a lattice structure, we believe in creating frameworks that are strong yet flexible, offering support while allowing growth.
Today, we work with businesses throughout Thailand and neighboring countries, helping them navigate transitions, refine their approaches, and expand thoughtfully.
